Postpartum Care

Support doesn’t end at the birth. After baby is born, you will have support for the first hour or two to ensure that feeding is established and mother, baby and family are fairing well. Lactation or formula feeding tips and support are discussed to ensure that goals are set and proper expectations are in place. A follow up visit is scheduled (if included in your selected plan) for after the trip has been made home to answer questions, go over feeding needs whether breast or bottle, and to verify bonding is established. At this time we may make recommendations as needs are made apparent. You are not alone!
